ParticipantI’m going to try Ghee butter, in Canada its at Bulk Barn, its a bit pricey but will last a while. Hope that helps.

ParticipantProbably not. They prefer if you don’t like a part of that meal, pick another entire meal on the plan. They may have placed the grapefruit as part of the plan because of its high level of metabolism boosting effect. That stuff is magic, can really burn fat! I was concerned about it as well, it has always given me horrible stomach cramps due to the acidity, but, I’m going to give it a good strong try for at least a week, see how my body responds over time.

ParticipantIts after cooking, everything is measured after cooking except oatmeal, measure that prior. Hope that helps. I found Ghee Butter, if you’re Canadian, at Bulk Barn. If not, you can try natural food or whole food stores.

ParticipantI tried that as well but it isnt as accurate measured in cups. For example, ground turkey, or potatoe, even salsa, all weigh differently every time, therefore 1 cup of turkey, or potatoe or will weigh more or less every time. Get a food scale, you can use gm, oz, lb, kg, ml on every food scale, just get a digital one. I got mine at Wallmart $30.

ParticipantIn case you are still looking, I found it at Zehrs Super store, $3.49, also Bulk Barn carries it, however I believe the brand from Bulk Barn is Red Mill, comes in a plastic bag as opposed to the box.
