ParticipantHi, I’m a participant and if you check again they correct the chart and is just 1/2 F (7g off ghee) because the rest of the fat source is the 2 egg yolk.
And I am on the same plan as you and I use just 6 eggs , 4 just the whites and 2 whole….

ParticipantThat’s what I did with my interval timer set up, had the same problem and if we do 9 rounds instead of 6 we get the 45 min.

ParticipantHi, I always forget what’s come next so I downloaded 2 different apps to create the cardio routine
1) is interval timer (I believe Nicole mention in the training sesión for the members)This is pretty good, take you little time to create it but is worth it
2) seconds (my favorite one between those two apps), this one has a free option (very limited) and the pay one version is just one time purchase.
With this app you also can get alerts what is coming next also for how long and if yo want to get alert when the interval is half way you can get a bio

ParticipantTry to travel with your meal, what I do normally I froze it and take it with me in a cooler and also take advantage of amazon prime and make delivery things So I don’t need to take everything with me.
This work here but international is a little different.
For the work outs if the hotel gym isn’t enough I look at the home workout and make it work

ParticipantThey corrected, the recipe is for 2 servings. I am doing meal plan 2 and yesterday I found out that.
In our case from the recipe we get one slice and half of the avocado recipe and one extra for the plan

ParticipantI believe you can exchange the kabob for a lean protein but you will not use the remain ingredients for the recipe and if I’m not wrong I read prior Nicole explain at the end macros are similar
