I have not plugged it in MFP because its a recipe…if you your saying cut in 1/2 the beans is that for everyone? Is recipe/macros correct or am i eating to much? Now im confused..usually the answer is just make recipe as listed, divide for svg and ignore macros because diff is brand and trust the recipe.

RobertaParticipantI use liquid egg whites…on side of carton it gives you how much liquid measurements. Mine says 3 tbls =1 egg white. Look at your container for conversion ratios

The only thing wrong on the page is the total calories listed…should be 1630 not 1590??

RobertaParticipantNicole if tou or the team can get back id appreciate it. Prepped all my workout meals but NO off day meals because i dont know if measurements per meal option is correct or not or if macros/calories are righ or not. So confused. Nothing updates on site,still is the same. Thanks

RobertaParticipantI found it with the oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat section at Giants and wegmans. Ask the cust svc desk, it comes gluten free only on the front of the box so it may be in a special section.
