  Squats, lunges, stiff legged deadlifts, all the usual suspects are here in this workout that will hit your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves from a variety of angles for complete development.   Train your legs from multiple angles with a wide variety of squat/deadlift variations using the kettlebell.
