Here’s a kettlebell giant set legs workout you can do at home. This is a high-volume workout but it will go a lot quicker thanks to the giant sets (4 or more exercises done consecutively with no rest between sets). The exercises remain the same, but each giant set will have more reps, ending with a final giant set where you will perform each exercise for 1 minute.

If you don’t have kettlebells, feel free to use dumbbells.
