I usually do just the kickbacks butt changing it up made a huge difference plus I was able to add weight with the stability. Log in to replyI did it using a bench for support with cable kickbacks. It worked great. I usually do just the kickbacks butt changing it up made a huge difference plus I was able to add weight with the stability.
