Don’t let the number of exercises fool you – this was a TOUGH one. If you don’t usually use higher rep ranges, you’ll understand why. Like I say in the video, it’s a physical and mental challenge.

I don’t normally do reverse flys that angle with the hands but looks better to hit rear delts so will give that ago. Thanks
