I’m a big believer in using different forms of resistance to develop your muscles. Exercise bands are one of my favorites. There are a lot of varieties of bands, but today I’m using medium resistance ones with handles.

With a little creativity, you can train every muscle in your body. With this workout, I chose to stay just with upper body.

Bonus: I’m doing this workout Tabata style to up the intensity and increase the fat burning effect!
