Tank tops were made for showing off defined arms and I’ve got just the workout to help you put yours on full display. Three moves for both biceps and triceps, with plenty of volume to pump nutrient rich blood into those muscles for max effect.

Running up bleachers is a great way to get in a super cardio workout and train your lower body at the same time. I threw in a couple of moves to really whip your legs into shape!

Add these two workouts into your weekly fitness regimen (do them individually on separate days).
