I really liked it! Ill def do it. I want to incorporate some track training to my weekly workout schedule. I’m getting ready for a show in august. And I think that will help to get my lower body tighter. Like adding sprints.. Etc. Would u be so kind to share a good track routine to target ur legs Nicole? I would really appreciate it ! Thanks Nancy
Also, this is a bit out of the subject here… how do I feel about always sticking with organic chicken, turkey fee range. Etc… Does it play a big role when it comes to pre contest prep? My nutritionist insists that it is, I understand that for health purposes it is but what about when it comes to your physique look…. Do u think it affects the way u may look on stage. By sticking to grass fed beef, organic chicken, free range eggs etc…. Thank u..
I think that it can help- a lot of chicken has added hormones and sodium…. However, I get all of the above now, but in the past I was able to get lean with meats from the local grocery. If you can afford it, I would recommend it.
Just came in from doing this workout. It was just what I needed to change things up a bit! I love your site:-) How often do you add plyometrics into your workouts? I’m trying to build up my legs/glutes and right now I am hitting them twice a week in the gym with heavy weights, would it hurt to also incorporate a plyometric workout in for the fat burning effect that it has?
I do them about once a week. Try doing weighted barbell lunges followed by alternating lunge jumps or leg press superset with 1min jump squats….you will be smoked!
Awesome! I will give that a try this week:) My 7 yr old hung with me today for my whole plyo workout…I’m thinking I have a future fitness fanatic on my hands!
Hi Nicole, I noticed in most of your videos you normally wear longs sleeves vs short sleeves. Is there a benefit to wearing long sleeves doing a workout?

Log in to replyHi…what sneakers are you wearing? I am trying to find a pair for my time at the gym that aren’t running shoes. Do you have any suggestions?

Log in to replyNo there isn’t a benefit. When the weather gets warmer I will wear more tank tops and short sleeves.
Log in to replyThis is a great workout for the days I don’t go to the gym…can do that right here in the house with my Gymboss….thanks.
