No time to train five or six days a week? Then a total-body training split might be just what you need. Don’t make the mistake of thinking full body workouts are only for those pressed for time – when done right, incorporating full-body workouts three or four days a week can greatly improve your physique.
I don’t do them often, but I wanted to mix things so I decided to add one to this week’s workouts. Let me know what you think!
Looking for a total-body training split to follow? Check out this Monthly Workout plan.
This is excellent! Just what I was looking for! Thanks
Log in to replyThanks for the video Nicole! These total body workouts are great when I have a busy week and not able to split up my workouts.
Log in to replyThank you so much for this! It’s perfect timing b/c I’m a teacher and end of year is crazy busy! So, this is perfect for my schedule this last month of school. 🙂 You’re awesome!

Log in to replyI like this because it’s a way to make the best use of my time. I’m going to try this 1-2 times a week, and your Glute FST-7 workout once a week. I’m going to adjust the sets to 3/2 if needed on this. I started doing yoga for my posture at least once a week. In my normal workout (just a circuit at 24 hr fitness Hoist Roc-It rooms) I do supersets by starting with the heaviest weight and lowering the weight on each set but only resting 30 seconds between sets. I saw a video on this way of doing it when at the gym awhile back. It’s gotten me back into it, but I’ll see if I can do your more intensive workout now.
Log in to replyThank you much for this total body workout! As I already trained all of specific body parts, this total body compound workout will be great. thank you again and have a great awesome fit Friday! 😉
