What is the warm up exercise they are doing with arms out to the side, elbows bent to 90 degrees with hands up followed by the motion of bringing the hands forward and parallel to the floor? I know the internal and external rotation was briefly shown in the beginning of the video (arms down at sides with elbows bent to 90 degrees and rotating hands inward and outward while keeping elbows to your sides) but then they moved into the motion I’m referring to before finishing up with the front and lateral raises.
