I had an extra day to train this week after hitting each body part once, so I decided to mix it up, have a little fun and do a full-body combo move workout. This allowed me to keep my heart rate up and add some variety to my routine. This 30-minute session is also great for this time of year when you are on a time crunch during the holidays!
The written workout was too long to put at the end of the video so you can check it out below 🙂

Log in to replyThis workout was perfect. I work overseas and leave for the states Monday. Past two days I have had to miss the gym, which really irritated me, but trying to finish things up. Wanted to do a whole body workout to make up for missing, what perfect timing for this video…..this was a great workout. Took me 42 mins. Love your videos…keep them coming. On RnR for a month, will be sneaking this one while I am home. Cardio and weights perfect combo:)
Log in to replyGreat! Glad to hear this!
Log in to replyI just want you to know I love your workouts, I check every day to see if any new ones are up! Thanks for making your website so great, keep those videos comin:)
Log in to replyI love this because there are so many levels you can do this at. You can decrease the weight or do less reps if you are a beginner. If you are advanced, you can increase the weight or the reps/sets. Excellent job again Nicole:) IT KILLED ME, I LOVE IT
Log in to replyHaha- Someone set off the lunk alarm during step ups! JK of course. Thank you for this great workout!

So my husband and I just watched your video, each grabbed a pair of DB’s and headed outside to do your workout. (We’re in sunny So. California where you can do that in Dec. 🙂 Amazing workout…we loved it!! We only had one disagreement.. “She did bicep curl during the lunge” “No, she did it after the lunge.” So we had to run in the house real quick to check out your video. 🙂 BTW, your a beast when it comes to the push-up / row exercise!! We did our best with that one.
Also, no Vegas Phat camp in 2015?? I am so bummed! I was hoping to finally make it to one of your camps. What about us west coast peeps??
Hope you have a wonderful holiday back home with the family!

Log in to replySo I do this workout M/W/F and run or do step-mill on T/TH/S. I am on week 5 and just upped my weights from 15’s to 17.5’s and 20’s depending on the exercise. I have been struggling a bit getting through the workouts since I upped my weights but my calories are a bit low. I was wondering since I workout at 5 am and can’t really eat before a workout would increasing my calories or maybe carb-cycling on Sundays, Tuesday, and Thursdays help me get through my M/W/F workouts? Also it would be awesome to be able to send you before, during, and after photos since I am a product of you in a since. I am following some of your eating plans trying to eat at 7:30, 10:30, 1:30, 4:30, and 6:30. And I am doing your workout. And I’m on week 3 of really clean eating, I have a food problem but God is really showing himself to me and giving me the strength and power to say no :), and I am down 5 pounds. I started at 153 and am 148 today!
Log in to replyGreat job! I would give it a bit more time before adjusting too much- If you are struggling with the workout, I would eat breakfast beforehand. Make sure you aren’t doing that workout fasted.
Log in to replyThis is great. Exactly what I have been trying to find on YouTube, I am absolutely joking your forum for more positive inspiritation, diet tips and workouts!!!
