Is it ok to use a band or assiged machine when doing pull ups also I recently discovered that if I put my pointer finger up (like put my hands like guns, on the bar) I feel like I am pulling more with my lats.
Whats the secret to getting them with no assistance? I know that wide grip is esp. difficult for me.

Just to help you out. Underneath the video has the alternative exercises to do if you can’t do it unassisted.
I have found that if I reread all the material Nicole has provided us, then I find the answer to my questions there. 🙂
