Perform for five minutes as a circuit – one exercise after the other with minimal rest. Remember – this is a warmup, so keep the weight used and activity light, just enough to get the blood pumping and your muscles warm.
 

You should be able to perform 3-4 rounds of this warmup in the five allotted minutes.
