Wide, round shoulders really set off your physique. They make your waist look smaller for that pleasing taper from the front and back. Shoulders are not easy to build, especially for women, so here are three of my favorite moves for accentuating width and fullness.
Seated Dumbbell Press
Standing Behind The Neck Barbell Press
One Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raise

Thanks Nicole! I am really focusing on growing my shoulders and will incorporate these into my shoulder workout. I do a lot of shoulder press already but haven’t done the behind the neck shoulder press in a while. Thanks for the reminder on this one!
Log in to replyI would love to see something about building traps and how to get that nice chest line in the upper chest. I love these videos!
Log in to replyShoulder workouts are the best! Definitely adding this to the mix. Keep em coming!
Log in to replyHi Nicole,
Log in to replyThanks for the shoulder work outs. I will definitely be adding these into my workouts. Can you suggest any work outs to target the “bat wings” – triceps. This area is my worst. Nothing more embarrassing than waving good bye and feeling the jiggle. Ugh!
Thank you
I love these! And I can do them At home with my kids running around ! Thanks
