Log in to replyGreat tips! I absolutely will not eat rice cakes (might as well be air!), but what I’ve found to be a great alternative is Wasa light rye crackers – 30 cals each and exactly the same macros as rice cakes but with 2 grams of fiber each and more filling!

Log in to replyI made deviled eggs with Primal Kitchen’s new chipotle paleo mayo and they were out of this world. I use a little for tuna too and it’s amazing. The mayo is only avocado oil and eggs basically.
