“I was feeling horrible. I weighed 235 pounds … I would go to work, I would come home, I was too tired to do anything else. I really had no hope for the future.

That’s how Adam Vaughan described his situation in the early summer of 2019. It’s one most of us can relate to, because we’ve all been there at one time or another.

We’re all different, so not exactly where Adam was at that time.

But in a rut.

Feeling depressed.

Not liking what we see when we look in the mirror, allowing negative thoughts to occupy space in or minds, and feeling helpless to change it.

You know what one of the most important things you can do when you find yourself in a spot like this?

Something.

Take action. Don’t sit around and wait for something magical to happen and make everything better.

That action could be almost anything. Starting a new hobby.  Journaling. Deciding to eat healthier, or to get to bed earlier.

Or setting a goal for yourself and mapping out how you are going to get there.

For Adam, that action was entering my 10 Week Photo Shoot Ready Challenge.

He decided to put his trust in me and my team, and dive head first into following the program. It wasn’t always smooth sailing.  It almost never is.

But Adam set his sights on reaching his goal, and every day he woke up and took the necessary actions to get him there.

After 10 weeks, the results were astonishing.

Adam lost close to 46 pounds and 12 inches off his waistline alone during that time, and ended up being named the Grand Prize Winner in that 2019 Challenge. But more than that, Adam rediscovered who he was.

He wasn’t just in better shape. He was healthier, happier and confident that he could accomplish whatever he set his mind to. And excited about the possibilities.

That’s what I hope my Challenges are all about, to everyone who participates.

Sure, they are about physically transforming your body – losing body fat, gaining muscle, getting stronger, building up your endurance – all of that will happen if you follow the program.

But what also happens along the way is that you develop habits, discipline and the confidence to help you improve other areas of your life.

If you’re in a rut, or not completely happy with what you see when you look in the mirror, I’m here to help.

Signups for this year’s 10 Week Photo Shoot Challenge are happening now, and they end on Sunday, July 19.

Check out Adam’s amazing transformation below. If you’re as inspired by him as I am, I hope you join me in this year’s Challenge.

Because I know I can help you, too.  And I’m excited to do just that 🙂
