For most, the holiday season means a lot of travel and a lot more obligations – which can make it tough to find the time to get in all your training. Here is a high-intensity bodyweight workout that I recently used for a cardio session when I was on the road. You can do it anywhere – no equipment necessary – and you get a great workout in less than 20 minutes!
LOVE IT !!! Cant wait to do with you when I get home from work !
Log in to replyohhhhh this looks good! Would love to give it a try. 🙂
Log in to replyLoved this one Nicole….very similar as the one we use during my Boxing class !!!
Log in to replyThis is brilliant! I’m going to give this a try at Mom’s house! 🙂 You are truly dedicated and I admire that … it’s very inspiring.
Log in to replyWhat app do you use?
Log in to replyI show you at the end of the video. It is a boxing app
Log in to replyThank you Nicole. Will try it later today. I love your leg workout also that you posted a few days ago!!! Thanks for Inspiring us.
Log in to replyI didn’t want to go to the gym twice, one for empty stomach cardio, come home, eat, then after 2 hours go back to lift weights, so the workout posted here helped me a lot!!!!! I did it for 40 min. repeating the last 2 rounds like 3 times, then jogged it out. I wear a heart rate monitor to get to 225 calories, for 40 min. Thank you ! now, I’ll have carbs n proteins, wait, then Hit the weights at the gym.
Log in to replyGreat! Glad I could help lol
Log in to replyLove this! Is there something I can substitute in for the burpees? I know they really work but I have a hard time with them.
Log in to replyCan you not perform them? or are they just hard. If they are just hard, I would do them so you can get better at them 😉 If they hurt to do, then you can do pushups.
Log in to replySorry I just saw that you replied to my question! They tend to bother my lower back and I have long legs which tend to get in the way if that makes any sense. I may try them by kicking one leg back at a time so there is less impact and see if that helps.
Log in to replyI got tired just watching you! 🙂
Log in to replyI did this tonight after doing your leg circuit yesterday …. Walking tmrw will be interesting lol x great hotel room workout thank you although burpees I really hate !!!
Log in to replyU make this look so easy!! Really a good workout. Hard to believe only burns 200 calories. I was dying half way through! Thanks for always giving us new ideas and your constant motivation!!
Log in to replyGOOOOOOD STUFF!!! Thanks Nicole!
Log in to replyTried it today and loved it! Perfect for when taking a study break and don’t always have time to drive to/from the gym for a quick cardio session. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Log in to replyholy cow! I did this yesterday for my HIIT, but I used 6 x exercises and the same format.
Log in to replyI. Was. POOPED! Great suggestion – thank you Nicole!
JUST got back from a 4 day trip in Bali and need a good work out desperately! Put down my bags as soon as i reached home, turned on the computer and followed through this workout! Now it’s raining, I can’t head out to run anymore… but I am so glad I did this workout with you! Thank you so much! Please keep it coming!
Log in to replyThis was great, but very hard. Half way I was just raising my knees instead of knee jumping and doing burpees w/o jumps… it works for me though. Thx!
Log in to replyYou are such a hardworking woman.
Log in to replyThanks so much Nicole! I feel like I’m working out with you. Really appreciate these videos. I’m sure you have covered this in a previous post, but do you do cardio every day? Thanks again!
Log in to replyLove, love, love this little routine…have used it a few times now to ensure I get my cardio in 🙂 thank you Nicole!
Log in to replyWOW! That tough but loved the challenge!! Thanks for the great workout!

Log in to replyI go back to this workout time and again. Watching and doing it with you makes me more encouraged. I like to do a pyramid going down, and then going back up to make it longer and more challenging, and it kicks my butt every time : )
Log in to replyThanks very much!
