Looking for a killer workout to help build rounder, tighter glutes and hamstrings? Here’s one from one of my previous Buns & Guns Challenge that will definitely do just that!
If you’re thinking about entering my new 40 Day Buns & Guns Challenge, remember – I create all of my Challenges from scratch, so every program is different from the last – new workouts, new exercises, new meal plans, new recipes and more!
Give it a try and make sure to click the graphic below to check out my new 40 Day Buns & Guns Challenge starting on March 29 (signups end March 28). Bikini and tank top season is right around the corner and those buns and guns aren’t gonna build and tighten themselves!

Log in to replyHi, I would like to do the 45 day challenge but I’m on vacay from 3/28-4/2. Do I have to start on the 25th or can I start at a different time.
Log in to replyYou can purchase the challenge and do it at a different time. However, if you are hoping to win, you would want to start on the 25th
Log in to replyThank you Nicole!
Just finished and pooped…rubber legs.
Sure to be feeling it in next couple of days.
🤗
Log in to replyWOW! just took a look at this, and am very intimidated. At 57 years young, I’m wondering if once again, I bit off more than I can chew. I will though, aim to complete the 45 day challenge. I don’t plan on starting until the start date. In the mean time, I will prepare myself mentally and physically.
Looking forward to my “Guns and Buns”
Log in to replyMake sure you read through all of the info. Ask questions when you have them and take one day at a time. Preparation in advance will be your #1 focus if you want to be successful 🙂 You’ve got this!
Log in to replyWith the 45 Day Challenge are there At-Home workouts (as an alternative to the gym?)
Thanks again!!
Log in to replyYes there are in home workouts as well!
Log in to replyI know buns and guns challenge is done. Is there anyway to still get it even though challenge is done?
Log in to replyHi Cherie!
Log in to replyUnfortunately once the challenge begins it is not longer for purchase. We will be running another challenge at the end of July 🙂
Are we really supposed to do 40 sets per session (per leg)??? It seems a bit too much, as I expect there will be one more leg day per week, since it’s “buns” challenge. Also not sure this could be done in an hour (just resting a minute between sets will take up 40min at least).

Log in to replyWhat alternatives would you suggested for weighted/barbell squats? I had knee surgery in December and I’m still unable to do squats without it being painful.
