It seems to be made out of some type of fabric with very little if any stretch, and I have no clue where to buy one. I have elastic bands in different colors/strength. Can I use them to do this exercise or am I better off buy the one you are using in the video? I’m using the exchange list to help navigate me through this. I am sticking to the program other than the oats. My reaction this time was severe, I gained 6 pounds in a week and after cutting oats out my throat isn’t swollen and my ear is not bothering me now.
