I know you are calling the band above your knees “circle”, but is there a specific name for it? It seems to be made out of some type of fabric with very little if any stretch, and I have no clue where to buy one. I have elastic bands in different colors/strength. Can I use them to do this exercise or am I better off buy the one you are using in the video?

I refuse to use a barbell because it compresses my spine and I hurt for weeks even when using the Smith Machine and relatively light weights. Can I do goblet squats instead? Or, squats using a kettlebell? What do you suggest?
Hi, I’ve found I can’t eat the oats or oatmeal. I’m learning I’m gluten intolerant. I’m using the exchange list to help navigate me through this. I am sticking to the program other than the oats. My reaction this time was severe, I gained 6 pounds in a week and after cutting oats out my throat isn’t swollen and my ear is not bothering me now. Is there anything else I can use to help with food exchanges?
