Log in to replyhow many sprints did you do? only 5 or 10?
Log in to replythanks
It varies a lot. In this video I did 3×5 sprints uphill. It was very difficult. If I am at the track, I might do 10x100m sprints. It is good to mix it up.
Log in to replyThanks Nicole! I was wondering, do you recommend doing cardio everyday when preparing for a bikini contest? also, do you recommend doing it after weight training or at different times of the day, like in the morning?
Thank you very much!
Log in to replyI love doing outside cardio. do you use a different type of shoe doing your outside work and if so what are your favorites?
Log in to replyWhat a view!! Wish I had something like this in my area. The closest we get to hills in south fl are bridges lol.
Log in to replyI like, so much your videos. HITT Workout is the best to run constantly? I love running, however, have varied cardio but done consistently without interval.
Log in to replyYou can vary your HIIT- it doesn’t always have to be running. HIIT on the stairs is killer!
Log in to replyI read your blog and watch your videos while waking up in the wee hour before heading off to train. Great knowledge and I really appreciate the inspiration. Thanks for taking the time to make a great site!
Log in to replyHi Nicole,
I started doing Hill Sprints every Saturday for the past four weeks and I love it! It’s a great workout and I feel so good afterwards.
My plan for the next 16 weeks is to do:
Monday: Iron Cardio (an hour of super intense circuit full body training)
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Iron Cardio
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Yoga & Long Run
Saturday: Hill Sprints
Sunday: Upper Body Blast (heavy back, chest, & shoulders).
I am also incorporating a lot of your meal and supplementation advice.
I am excited to see how my body and conditioning will progress as I work on this over the next 16 weeks. 🙂
Thank you and keep on inspiring!
