Great video! and I never knew that about the salt reduced soy! i never looked – big fail. *cringe* I love sashimi with wasabi but only the tiniest smear! hehehe. in saying that, the cucumber wrapped sushi looks awesome – they don’t do that here but i really wish they did.
Log in to replyI would ask to see if they can make a roll with cucumber. Even though it isn’t on the menu they may be able to make an exception
Log in to replylol! I had the same thought. When it’s time, I’ll ask if they can. I’m keen to try it as I love sashimi so will see what they say. crossing fingers! 😀
Log in to replyThanks Nicole!
I could not imagine to use salt instead of sause! APPLAUSE, Nicole! Nothing better than simple

Log in to replyThank you, Nicole, for these videos! And congratulations on your September win. We could all see how hard you worked and it was well-deserved.
I have a question about food, although it’s not about sushi.
I seem to remember that during your Olympia prep you mentioned that you were not eating chicken. I may be remembering wrongly. If that was the case, though, was it simply personal preference or were there other reasons for choosing different lean protein sources?
Log in to replyI did eat chicken, but I just preferred fish. It was a lot easier for my body to digest.
Log in to replyWhat are your views on cheat meals and how often do you have them?
Log in to replyLet me add when trying to gain muscle ans be in a calorie surplus. Thx nicole
Log in to replyThanks so much for sharing this……I absolutely Love sushi. We went out for date night the other night and I enjoyed a taste of everything. My salad was a cucumber salad with crab meat on top. It was so nice to enjoy eating out guilt free. The order of nugiri roll was perfect for the 1/4 c of rice I could have 🙂
Log in to replyGreat Nicole! I loved it! Show Alan for us eating the tempura with lots of soy sauce! lol. 😀
Log in to replyHi Nicole! Love your videos. What about eating out for breakfast? What are the options for eating healthy apart from plain oatmeal? I find it very difficult to make healthy choices. Thanks!!
Log in to replyI will take you to a breakfast restaurant soon 🙂
