It’s time to go heavy with this back and biceps triset workout. Each triset features two back moves and one biceps move. I’ve listed reps as 8-12, but if you get only 10, that’s even better. Strength, while using impeccable form, is one of the goals of this workout.
Hi Maureen! Can you explain the grip on the incline row? I’m not 100% sure which grip you mean.

On the incline bench one arm reverse grip row. Is this similar to a dumbell row but with one arm and the bench is on incline? Kinda like standing behind the incline bench or straddle on the bench? Also on the wide grip pulley row is this like rowing on a seated position using a wide cable bar? Thank you
