I know we are wayyy overdue for another Vlog, so here it is! Bringing everyone up to speed on my current training and nutrition as I prepare for my first triathlon, why I decided to sit out this year’s Figure Olympia, my thoughts on competing again and more!
Good for you Nicole – I’ve often wondered what women in this sport do when they decide its time for a change or new challenge. As with everything you do, you set a great example of how to find new goals and challenges. Good luck with your triathlon – would love to see some video coverage of race day!
Log in to replyGood on you. It’s a shame to see the Figure ladies have gotten so big…… When you were winning the Olympia, the bodies looked so much nicer and not so big and physique-like. I’ve lost interest due to the look of this class now. Seems to be more of a drug look than it was. I thought your body was the ultimate ‘figure’ body.
Log in to replyYou will do well with whatever your goals are, you are such a driven woman. You inspire many i’m sure.
Awesome nicole! Glad to hear you’re enjoying life! That’s what life is all about, evolving and moving forward. Change is good and keeps life from getting boring by trying new things instead of the same thing over and over again. Love the idea of an app….I’ll be anxious to hear more about that for sure!!

Thank you for sharing your journey. Excited for your new adventures. Appreciate your candid nature, and always positive attitude. Totally support your branching out, learning new things and efforts to continue challenging yourself. Very grateful to, to have met you last year at Olympia, with my daughter, and to get a NPower hug! You rock!
Sincerely, Lisa

Awesome to hear all the news! New challenges to learn from! As always, I will enjoy following your journey.
Log in to replyWhat a great way to change it up! Stepping out of your comfort zone is very difficult! I needed something else to push me and make some changes, so I just joined CrossFit!! I’ve had 3 classes so far & it’s kicking my cardio butt!
Log in to replyHey Nicole,
Log in to replyI’m glad to hear that you are having fun training for your triathlon! I’ve learned so much from you in the past year with my membership. Keep having fun and inspiring us! You are my motivation when I am not feeling like hitting the gym!! Thank you for being there for me!
Sue
Isn’t it amazing what our bodies can do? Your body and work ethic has been so inspirational and now you’re headed in a new direction. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and goals!
Log in to replyThank you for being the inspiration for males and females all round the world.
Youll succeed in anything you do if you put your mind to it.
Trying new things is what keeps life interesting.
Don’t ever give up.
I ride alone because I can ride during the day but there’s less people around to ride with so I go to places where there are more bike paths but I live in a city where I can do that. I hear you on the car thing.
Be good
