What would be an alternate for this? Unable to put my weight on one arm due to shoulder replacement 7 months ago. Will be a few more months before I’m able to.
Try putting your bottom hand on something higher than the floor, like a bench so you have less pressure on the shoulder. If this still hurts, forget the plank and just do the high row
