Hey guys, get ready to sweat with this total body circuit workout using TRX bands – and we’re doing it Tabata style! We’ve got it all: plyo, legs, glutes, abs, and upper body. Ten different exercises, each for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest for a killer 10-minute round. Do as many rounds as you like. And then let me know what you think below.
