Ah, cardio. Even for the most dedicated, watching the minutes ticking away on the treadmill or elliptical can get, let’s be honest, boring. It’s no wonder I get a lot of requests for “fun” cardio workouts to break up the monotony. Here’s a good one: we’re going to use a Bosu Ball for a…Tabata workout!

Tabata is doing an exercise for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. You do that 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. I’m going to take it a step further and change up the exercises every 2 rounds. Repeat the entire thing 4 times for a total of 20 minutes, or 6 times, for a total of 30 minutes, and so on.
