Jump up to the bar so that your chin is above it and then slowly lower your body down to a hang. Repeat. This type of training will help you build strength to eventually be able to do pullups. Sorry Christina, that would be A LOT of info for this challenge and could potentially confuse people. You can always take the name of the alternative exercise and google it to see how it is performed.
