Speed Squat / Pulse Squat
Walking Lunge / Jump Lunge
Sumo Squat / Skaters
Karate Kick / Single Leg Glute Raise
Speed Squat 4 sets, 15 reps
Pulse Squat 4 sets, 15 reps
Walking Lunge 4 sets, 15 reps (each leg)
Jump Lunge 4 sets, 15 reps
Sumo Squat 4 sets, 15 reps
Skaters 4 sets, 15 reps (each side)
Karate Kicks 4 sets, 15 reps (each leg)
Single Leg Glute Raise 4 sets, 15 reps
I love these exercises. Will attempt them, but I find I can do most of these in my bedroom.
