Hey guys, I haven’t done an abs workout video for a while, so here are 4 exercises to hit lower/upper abs and obliques. And I’ve never done any of these exercises before on the site, so this will be challenging for both of us – and lots of fun! 🙌

Cable Knee Raise With Twisting Crunch

Reps: 10 (each side)

Bosu Ball Plank Twist
Sets: 3
Reps: 30
Rest: 30 seconds

 

EXERCISE #4

Hanging Situp
Sets: 3
Reps: 10
Rest: 30 seconds
