It’s tough to get a good workout when the gym’s super-crowded, and even more so when you’re training chest and use a variety of machines. But with just one adjustable bench and dumbbells, you can get a complete workout all in one spot. Here are the exercises:
• Incline Dumbbell Press
• Dumbbell Press
• Dumbbell Flye
• Decline Pushup
• Incline Pushup
Try it out and as always, leave me a comment below if you have a muscle group or machine you want to see in a future One Stop Shop video. ?

I am LOVING these One Stop Shop and the Target Training Videos! As well as everything else, but these are awesome for a quick form check to come back to.
Reeeeeeally cool idea and thank you Nicole! Would it be possible to do a One Stop Shop for Legs using just DB’s? And if possible a back workout with just an EZ bar, DB’s and plates. (Oh and a pull up bar) lol. Not sure if that applies as One stop shop….

Thank you for putting in the explanations. I love doing chest.
Log in to replyHow about a One Stop Shop using a single column cable machine for an Ab workout and also a Back workout?
This is awesome, Nicole! I really appreciate this format because I do a lot of my workouts at home and my supplies are a bench, various dumbbell weights, and two plates.
Much appreciated, Christie
Log in to replyI love the format of doing things in one area. I too would like to see a leg workout in one area.
Log in to replyNicole,
Thank you for these workouts. I am limited with equipment for at home workouts and these one stop shops are fabulous. They are also harder than the look.
