The Cheesecake Factory is one of the most popular restaurants around – with good reason. Because the menu there is so huge though, it’s one of the easiest places to go off track. In this video I show you what to eat and what to avoid to help you make the right choices when eating out.
The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places! Thanks for giving me some ideas now! 🙂
Log in to replyholy wow!? 1400 calories in teriyaki?? far out…. another great video – and food for thought. thank you Nicole! I’m hungry now though… lol!
Log in to replyNever been to the cheesecake factory (don’t have them in UK) and always thought it was just cheesecake 🙂
Log in to replyThanks! Love the Lulu bag next to you.
Log in to replyI see that lu lu bag 🙂
Log in to replyWe all see the Lulu Bag! 🙂 My conclusion to this video – don´t eat out, unless there is no option. You pay for Teryaki chicken and end up having the same old chicken breast with steamed rice, LOL.
Log in to replyThanks Nicole, that was so helpful. I eat there 2-3 times a week and never thought of this as an option. It’s easy to forget that you can ask them to cut out things like the sauces to turn 1400 calories into something in the more reasonable 400 range.
Log in to replyHi Nicole! I just joined and I love your video Eat Out, Eat Clean: The Cheesecake Factory. I don’t have a question regarding food but wanted to ask you about your recording set up. I see you are using a lavalier (or lapel) microphone. Are you recording by yourself or did someone help you? Are you using a camera or your iPhone. I will appreciate if you answer. Thanks a lot!
Log in to replyYes it is a lavalier and someone is recording me with a video camera
Log in to replyWow this was great thank you Nicole. I almost always check out menus and nutrition info on the website before I visit a restaurant. Helps take guess workout of it.
Log in to replyHi thank you for the video posts…do you stay away from a cheat or refeed meal during contest prep?
Log in to replyI agree with Angela….just eat the norm at home (or pack) I save Cheesecake for my cheat meal and end up having a vegy salad with dressing on the side and leave with visions of the wonderful desserts (and kinda mad about it :))!
