Hey guys, here’s a way to make traditional exercises more intense without using heavier weights: exercise bands! The band increases the tension on the way up and on the way down. This will engage your muscles more throughout the movement.

I’m going to show you 3 exercises to start with.

• Barbell Curl
• Dumbbell Bench Press
• Barbell Row

I’ll demonstrate more examples of using exercise bands in future videos.
