Exercise Demo: Glute Bridge With Leg Abduction Posted May 19th, 2013 by Admin . 4 Comments rebsyd1 says: May 29, 2020 at 2:01 pm This is a killer on my low back to do the leg abduction. If it is a burning that subsides when you stop, it could be a sign of a weak core. One thing you can do instead of keeping your glutes up the entire time, is raise them up and down each rep.
