I love bodyweight exercises for a number of reasons. They’re simple, they don’t require much – if any – equipment so they can be done almost anywhere, and they are a great way to improve strength, increase flexibility and activate your core. Even if you do go to the gym regularly, they can be a great addition to your workout.
Here are, in my opinion, the best bodyweight exercises for every body part. There are a lot of great ones but these, to me, are the best – and aside from a pull-up bar for back and biceps, none require any equipment at all 🙂
As I mention in the video, you can get one of these for home for pretty cheap (under $30 on Amazon here ). This is the one we have at home and it can attach to pretty much any door in your house.

Im doing cross fit training now and i was wondering if i should keep going to the gym to make sure i hit all muscle groups, but with this, i pretty much can do everything at my CF box.
Question Nicole: do you thing with this bodyweight workouts, cross fit, and hiit (sprints) I can acheieve a physic that looks like figure/bikini/fitness gals?
