If any of you out there have used TRX Bands before, you know a couple things about them: You can get in a workout with them almost anywhere, and TRX exercises are hard!

Log in to replyAwesome, thank you! I also have a trx and have been inconsistent about it :/ I would love to see more workouts using the trx, for those days I can’t get to the gym. Body part/ push/ pull / cardio acceleration type workouts would be terrific. IT’s such a versatile tool I can’t wait for summer so I can take my work outs to the park again!
