You can supplement either the lying hamstring curl chest down on a bench using a dumbbell, or lying on your back using a stability ball for the seated hamstring curl portion of this workout 😉
Best substitute when you don’t have any hamstring machines? I have a smith machine,stability ball,,leg press ,and dumbbells
