Prepare to sweat, huff & puff, and feel the sweet pain of working your muscles to the max with this total legs workout. I’ve got 3 versions of squats, 2 types of lunges, plus step ups, stiff legged deadlifts, and finally, 2 types of calf raises. If that isn’t enough, I threw in the good old jump rope to really fry your lower body.
