Ready, set, go! Here’s an all-in-one workout with upper and lower body exercises (including plyos) combined with cardio. 💪

You’ll do 10 reps of each exercise (except where noted). The key, is that you’ll keep doing each superset for 90 seconds. So, 10 reps of burpees, 10 reps of army crawls, then back to 10 reps of burpees, then 10 reps of army crawls…until your 90 second timer pings.

Then rest 30 seconds and run for 90 seconds. Then move on to the next superset and do the same thing. It looks a little bit tricky on paper, but once you get going it will make perfect sense! 👍
