Hi Nicole I have been a member for a while but I would like to know if you have a plan to focus on lifestyle ? I am a figure competitor but I’m not doing any good for myself if I gain 30-40 pounds post Comp . Next year I’m planning to do 2 shows but I need to get down to 150 and hold it until I start Comp prep. If any suggestions please let me know I would love to see what program is available to reach my goal . Thanks again for all you are and what you do .. hope you’re feeling wonderful !!

Log in to replyCan you be a bit more specific? This entire website (other than the Olympia Prep content) is all lifestyle based. I would also recommend entering one of my Challenges. That is much more of a lifestyle program than a competition prep.
