Running is one of the most popular forms of cardio, and now with mild spring weather (for most of us), you have the option of doing it outdoors. Here’s a circuit you can add to your run to increase the intensity and up the calorie burn. I prefer to add these to my trail run, but they work equally well at the park, the beach, around the neighborhood, or any other place you do your run.

Rest 1 minute after the circuit before resuming your run. I listed 3 miles total, but feel free to do more (or less) depending on your fitness level.
