Here’s one of my recent ab workouts. I used a “giant set” for this workout – four or more exercises performed in a row, with little to no rest between individual exercises – which is a great intensity technique for training abs since they recover so quickly. This workout will target your abs from all angles and due to the lack of rest it doesn’t take up a lot of time. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
I love training abs. Going to give this routine a try today. I could almost feel the burn trough the screen…. Lol 😀

Log in to replyI did the Bosu and weighted crunch with my chest workout. I can’t work lower abs right now as my hip flexor is strained but the two I did back to back were great!! TY for sharing!!!!

Log in to replyI loved this. I didn’t use exactly the same exercises but it inspired me to be creative and I made my own giant set and went through it 4 times (it was hard lol) Here it is:
Hanging upside down crunches (knees over a bar)
Cable woodchopper
Weighted crunches
Bicycle crunches
