We all have times when we just can’t make it to the gym – and that’s ok. Taking a day or two off isn’t the end of the world. But you also don’t want that day or two to turn into a week or two and bring all that progress you have been making to a screeching halt.

Training with bands or using bodyweight exercises are both great ways to get in a workout and keep things moving in the right direction. In this workout I use both, incorporating a number of different exercises into five trisets that I guarantee will give you a great pump and have you breaking a sweat in no time flat 🙂
