I loved watching this one. Seems like a lot of food — I would guess 4-5 thousand calories–of course not sure. Michigan kitchens are all similar — I go to my camp in the U.P. a-lot when it warms up.

I checked out the totals. Appeared to be more. Tonight I ate about one cup (cooked) of jasmine rice and a chicken breast from whole food. I thought it alone was about 2 thousand. But this is why I joined this site for knowledge and tips of what to do in a gym. My place has a gym with high quality equipment –need to learn it
