You all have heard me say it before – progress photos are the best way to track and evaluate your (you guessed it!) … progress 😉
You can’t always go by the scale, but the mirror – or the photo, in this case – doesn’t lie. I typically take progress photos once a week throughout the year. During contest preparation time, I will up this to 2, 3, or 4 days a week and up to a couple times a day for the last week of my prep.
