We’re hitting our total body with this 30-minute workout.

I’ve divided it into 3-parts to keep you on your toes! You have an allotted amount of time to complete each section so have your timer handy.

And the only other equipment you need is a pair of dumbbells, a chair or bench (or anything you can step up on) so you can do this workout at home.

THE WORKOUT

Part 1: 8 Minutes
*Ladder: 1-1-1-2-2-2-3-3-3- etc. until you get to 8 minutes

CIRCUIT
Mountain Climber
Jump Squat
Hollow Rock

Part 2: 10 Minutes

CIRCUIT
10 Dumbbell Burpee to Alternating Lunge
20 Dumbbell Step Up

Part 3: 12 Minutes
*EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute)
**45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest, then move to next exercise.
***Continue until 12 minutes are up (4 rounds)
