My question as well… it appears if we are doing drop sets, then yes, 10 of high weight, followed immediately by 10 of lower weight followed immediately by 10 of lowest weight (ie: 25/20/15) and rest 30-45 seconds before rounds 2, 3, & 4
The comments above are 2-3 years old… check the dates… this go round is not a drop set of 10 each – this round is 5 sets decreasing by 2 reps per round.
Looking at phase 2 would this mean 4 sets * 10/10/10 drop sets equals 120 reps?

Log in to replyIs 30 reps per set dropping the weight
Log in to replyOne set= 10 reps with the highest weight, drop the weight and do 10, drop the weight again and do 10. So yes, one set is 30 reps

How far apart are your feet on this move – I can’t tell from the video if they are close together or standard hip-width apart?
Thanks!

Log in to reply2021 Buns and Guns, Day 1 – DB Squat, 6 sets of 2×15; can someone break that down? I think I’m over-thinking it 🙂
