Build your back with these four moves – all on the Smith Machine. In this first installment of our new video series, One Stop Shop, I’m gonna show you how to get in a complete workout for a body part using one piece of equipment. This is a great way to get creative with one machine, especially when the gym is crowded. Here are the exercises:
• Smith Machine Pullup
• Smith Machine Inverted Row
• Smith Machine One Arm Row
• Smith Machine Reverse Grip Bent Over Row

Log in to replyLike the pull up alternative. I’m 5’10 and 160 pounds. That’s a lot to pull up in the traditional style. This modification will help me target my lats better feeling like Im not dragging my legs behind.
Log in to replyMy back has always been my best feature along with my calves i am always after new ideas for better developement and this smith machine workout is amazing. Not only adding better definition to all areas and gelping to give my lats more width i improved in my strength also for chin ups…thankyou nicole always a pleasure using your programs…lindy
Log in to replyThanks going to try it this week. I like to workout at home and use my smith machine as much as possible instead of running to the gym everyday.
