It’s been a while since I updated my playlist, so I thought it was about time to freshen things up! Music really helps with my motivation in the gym and gives me an extra boost of energy to make it through some really tough workouts. As you know from previous videos, I prefer faster paced and upbeat dance music when I’m training .. so I’m sure you might recognize from some of my longer Real Workout videos 🙂

I love this song. Calvin Harris is a great artist and a go-to for good upbeat songs


Rather Be – Clean Bandit
When I first heard this song I was unsure about it- but it is one of those songs where the more you hear it the more you enjoy it. It make driving an hr to the airport much more enjoyable lol

Hideaway- Kiesza
This song reminds me of when I used to listen to Paula Abdul for some reason. Making up dances in my basement with my girlfriends. Totally late 80s early 90s.

Take Me ft Kyler England – Tiesto
I like running in the morning to this song. A lot of times in the morning I will just listen to Pandora and this song comes on a lot.

Now or Never – Tritonal ft Phoebe Ryan
This is a great training song. Very motivating!


City of Dreams- Alesso & Dirty South
BPM on Sirius radio plays this song a lot. Not many words, but again, I just like the way this song feels. This is the kind of song that gets me off my butt and puts me in a good mood for the day.
